1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Raqoon eSIM. By creating an order, installing an eSIM profile or using a plan, you accept these Terms, the Raqoon eSIM Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and, for a purchase, the Distance Sales Agreement. You confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate order information.
2. What Raqoon sells
Raqoon sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans. A plan provides mobile-data access only for the stated allowance, validity period and destination. It does not include a telephone number, voice calls, SMS or emergency services. Raqoon is a retail seller and product-management interface; it does not operate an electronic communications network or infrastructure and is not a mobile operator.
3. Technical supply
E7 Access and its network partners technically provision the eSIM profile and connectivity. Coverage, permitted networks, speed, latency, IP location, network availability and service continuity depend on those third parties and local conditions. Raqoon does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity, or availability of every application, network or location.
4. Device, delivery and activation
You must use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device and check compatibility before purchase. After successful payment, the profile or activation details are delivered electronically to your order email, account or app. Protect the QR code and activation details: they may be single-use and cannot be reissued once installed. The plan validity, activation rule, allowance and coverage are shown with the selected product. A plan may start on installation, activation or first connection, as stated in the product details.
5. Türkiye exclusion
Raqoon eSIM is not offered for purchase, activation or use in Türkiye and must not be marketed as a product for Türkiye. Raqoon does not provide electronic communications services in Türkiye, does not operate a network there and does not allocate local numbering resources. If Türkiye appears in any third-party coverage material, that does not make it a Raqoon eSIM destination or change this exclusion.
6. Proper and prohibited use
Use the product lawfully and only for personal travel connectivity. You must not resell, transfer, clone or share the eSIM profile; bypass technical restrictions; use the plan for fraud, spam, illegal content, attacks on systems, excessive automated traffic or any conduct that breaches applicable law or network rules. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or enforcement of these Terms.
7. Prices, payment and top-ups
The price, currency, plan allowance, validity, destination and applicable taxes or charges are displayed before you place the order. Payment is processed by the provider shown in checkout. A top-up is a separate prepaid purchase and does not extend a plan unless the product details state otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing or technical-display errors before delivery and will offer a refund if we cannot fulfil the corrected order.
8. Support, changes and liability
Support can help with delivery, installation information, status, balance, top-ups and confirmed technical problems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raqoon is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, roaming charges from another provider, device damage, or failures caused by your device, local network conditions or third parties. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. We may update these Terms prospectively; continued use after the effective date means acceptance where law permits.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact help@raqoon.app first so that we can try to resolve an issue. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using mandatory complaint or dispute-resolution routes available under applicable law.
